Cancellation policy

Our subscriptions and prepaid packs deliver custom laser-engraved acrylic coasters or keychains on a schedule. These terms apply alongside our Refund policy and Shipping policy.

Plans

• Monthly, cancel anytime: billed and delivered once a month through the subscription widget. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing leadership@goacto.com. Cancellations stop future billing; any order already in production will still ship.
• Prepaid 12 months (Annual / Founding): a one-time purchase under Quantity. You pay for 12 months up front at checkout. We ship one set each month by hand for those 12 months. Small-batch, made by hand, limited monthly slots. At the end of the 12 months, if you want another year, order again at the then-current prepaid price (these packs do not auto-renew through the subscription app).

Cancelling and refunds on prepaid packs

If you cancel a prepaid 12-month pack early, email leadership@goacto.com with your order number. You get a prorated refund for unshipped months, minus the subscription discount you already received on months that shipped (so shipped months are priced as if bought without the prepaid rate). Deliveries already in production when you write us will still ship and count as shipped months.

Billing and timing

Monthly subscribe plans: you'll get an email reminder 3 days before each charge. Prepaid packs: charged once at checkout. Each delivery ships in 7–14 business days after that delivery’s production start. For coasters, the clock starts once you approve your proof.

Changing your design

Want new artwork or a new QR link for a month? Email us at least 10 business days before your next delivery date. We'll send a proof, and if we don't hear back within 3 business days we'll ship your current design so you're never left without product.

Skips, pauses and cancellations

You can skip or pause a monthly subscription from your account. Prepaid packs are managed by email with leadership@goacto.com. Damage, defects and wrong items follow our Refund policy: report them within 7 days of delivery with photos.
