Where's my order?
Every GOACTO order is made to order. Here's what happens between checkout and your door, and where to check each step.

Order received
You get an order confirmation email right away. It includes your order number and a link to your order status page.

Proof sent
We email a proof of your design with your logo and QR code. Scan the QR on the proof with your phone to check it opens the right page.
Coasters

Approved
Reply to approve the proof or ask for a change. Coasters aren't engraved until you approve, and the 7–14 business day lead time starts once you do.

Engraving
Your order is laser-engraved. Keychains are engraved from the details you entered at checkout; if something looks off, we email you first.

Shipped
You get a shipping email with tracking. Orders ship within 7–14 business days (for coasters, counted from proof approval).
Check your order
Your order confirmation email has a View your order link that shows live status and tracking. You can also sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout. Proofs arrive by email; reply to approve or ask for a change.
